This site is dedicated to getting you out of Debt and living a debt Free Life!

I have put this site up to try and address the increasing problem of debt that a huge number of people in this country are facing.

Debt is a cancer. It saps your drive and passion and keeps you in a state of effective slavery, working the majority of your time just to pay money to companies who care nothing for you and only concern themselves with your ability to continue to pay them money.

The problem is becoming worse and worse, with an expanding cross section of the population finding themselves in debt and the number of normal hard working people that are realising that they have dug a hole that they cannot climb out of is steadily increasing.

Bankruptcies are going up and up, debt counselling and debt consolidation is a boom industry and all the time the credit companies continue advertising and telling you of the fantastic life that you deserve and can have if only you will take out a loan with them.

I believe the problem is two fold. One aspect is the media and advertising, with a huge number of influences, constantly telling you that it’s ok to get into debt and that you shouldn’t have to wait for the things you want. You deserve then NOW!

The other aspect is a general lack of education when it comes to financial matters. We are only taught the most basic details of finance and how to manage money at school. Couple this with the fact that most people who take on debt, have absolutely no idea what they are signing, what their rights are or what will happen if they can’t pay and you have a recipe for disaster.

Only public pressure can do anything about the first problem and only once public knowledge reaches a high enough level so, this site will address the second aspect. Hopefully as completely as possible.

It really is easy once you adopt the right mindset! (it might take some time to make that change mind!)
